In 2013 Cousin Properties sold The Avenue to a new company called Bayer Properties which gave the whole lifestyle center a newer name called The Shoppes at Webb Gin. The new company repaved parking and brought in more tenants but still lost national names such as Talbots, Ethan Allen, Coldwater Creek, Osh Kosh B'gosh and Banana Republic, and more. However newer stores are continuing opening with The Children's Place opening up late 2013 |
